U.S orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, COVID-19, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email support@enhancedvixen. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Minor changes can be corrected. However, complete name and complete address changes will not be accepted. If you have to change the name and address completely, we will cancel and refund you order and you will have to submit a new order. Notify us immediately via email at email@example.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.
Due to the limited nature of the items we offer exchanges only and no refunds. Our exchange policy lasts until 7 days after the item is marked as delivered for damage or faulty goods. If you are unhappy with your order due our mishap or you have received a damaged or faulty item, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to assist you.
If you ordered the wrong size, we will allow for you to exchange it, no refund will be given. If you have worn the item other than for the initial time of trying it on, you will not be able to exchange the item. (If you return the item back to us and we feel that it has been worn, the exchange process will be voided and the item will be returned to you.) For any items being returned to us, you will be expected to cover the cost of shipping the item to us and the shipping of the new item back to you.
To expedite the process of exchanging for a smaller or bigger size, please send an email to email@example.com and make sure the subject states "Too BIG / Order # EV0000. Make sure that you state that the item was too small or too big and you need to exchange it and that you have not worn the tummy trainer. After sending that email, put the item in the mail with it's original packaging and send it to:

Please send the date and time the item was shipped and when it will arrive to us.
Once the item has been received by our support team, you will be sent an email with a gift card to our online store. You will have to re-order the desired size and pay (with the gift card) as if you were placing a regular order.
